General Terms and Conditions of Sernitas GmbH

§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.sernitas-care.com.

(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to consumers to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The offer is accepted in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week. After the fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer is deemed rejected.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired service
2) Confirmation by clicking on the "Add to basket" button
3) Checking the details in the basket
4) Clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
6) Check and correct the information you have entered.
7) Submit your binding order by clicking on the "Place order" or "Buy" button.

Before submitting a binding order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded by clicking the "Back" button in the Internet browser they are using after checking their details and correcting any input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer shall be made in writing, in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.sernitas-care.com/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> My Orders.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted include statutory value added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by instant bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

§4 Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

§5 Contract language

German is the only language available for the contract.
